It was great to be back with camera in hand in #NOLA. Just off the plane after 17 hours travellling, luggage somewhere between Amsterdam and Atlanta, solitary knapsack dumped at an AirBNB... the darkly atmospheric #motherinlawlounge was the perfect place to get used to my Leica M Typ 240 body again. Kermit Ruffins, owner of the bar and New Orleans legend, was blowing his horn with all the soul you would expect.
